We are seeking a FULL-TIME Optical Sales Assistant for our Eye Centers in Land O'Lakes and Tampa Must have at least 1 year experience in Optical Sales The role will be responsible for assisting the optical sales department with phone calls and other administrative duties.

**TIRED OF WORKING EVENINGS/WEEKENDS? OUR CENTERS ARE MONDAY-FRIDAY, NO EVENINGS OR WEEKENDS**

Keys to Success in this Role:

A minimum of 1 year experience of Optical Sales
Greet patients professionally
Answer phones promptly and take messages as needed
Accurately post charges
Keep up with daily filing
Assist supervisor in bill processing
Perform incidental duties as needed

Job Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED equivalent
Strong team player
Strong customer service orientation
Basic computer proficiency
Excellent telephone etiquette
Must be willing to work at both the Tampa and Land O'Lakes locations

Physical and Mental Demands:

Normal physical ability; must be able to get up and down frequently to assist patients
Normal concentration and normal complexity of decision making
Normal level verbal and written communication skills
Average ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
