Position Description
Porsche Host opportunity at Porsche Woodland Hills located in the heart of Woodland Hills. You will be working in our brand-new state-of-the-art facility. This is a great opportunity to work and grow your career with an industry-leading dealership. We are looking for an individual with luxury hospitality experience who is enthusiastic, honest, hardworking, and committed to providing first-class customer service to every guest, every time with passion and pride.
Preferred Experience
- 2 years of concierge experience with luxury hotels or spas.
- 2 years of sales experience with luxury retail stores; Neiman Marcus, Lulu-lemon, Nordstrom, Nordstrom Rack, Saks Fifth Ave, or Saks OFF 5th.
- 2 years hosting experience with a luxury hotel, spa, retail, boutique, or five-star restaurants; Maestro’s, Larsen’s, Ruth’s Chris, or BOA.
Position Duties
- Promptly and professionally greet and offer assistance to all dealership visitors and customers.
- Promptly and professionally answer the phone, respond to emails, address complaints, and handle the front desk duties.
- Acting as a consultant in assisting customers with any automotive need and providing customer service support to the service and sales.
- Receive and route incoming calls, providing answers to basic queries, and then following up to ensure excellent customer service.
- Operating a switchboard telephone system to receive incoming calls, determining the nature of the call, and directing callers to the appropriate person or department.
- Assisting with filing duties and other administrative and accounting tasks as needed
- Follow management instructions to assist the dealership in other areas when required.
- Acting as a Barista in assisting customers with refreshments and snacks
- Light housekeeping for all customer-facing areas including waiting rooms and restrooms.
Position Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record. Legally authorized to work in the US.
- Intermediate Computer skills in typing, email, Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
- Excellent communication, time management customer service, and follow-up skills.
- Professional appearance and work habits. Strong work ethic. High integrity.
- Commitment to punctuality, following instructions, and the hard work needed to succeed.
- Ability to work as a member of a team as well as independently with limited supervision.
