Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manufacturing Supervisor to join our team. As a Manufacturing Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the production process, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety standards are met. This is a vital role in our organization, as you will be leading a team of production workers and coordinating operations to meet production targets.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the production team
- Set production goals and monitor progress to ensure targets are met
- Develop and implement production schedules and prioritize workflow
- Train and mentor new employees on production processes and procedures
- Monitor product quality to ensure adherence to specifications
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement corrective actions
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize overall production efficiency
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the production process

Skills:
- Proven experience as a Manufacturing Supervisor or similar role with Lean Manufacturing experience
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent knowledge of manufacturing processes and procedures
- Proficient in using manufacturing software systems
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make quick decisions under pressure
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $33.00 - $36.02 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:
* 12 hour shift

Ability to Commute:
* Alcoa, TN 37701 (Required)
