Laboratory Support Technician

About the Position:
The Clinical Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating the transportation of medical samples and supplies within Nuvance Health's network. This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. As a key member of our logistics team, you will ensure the timely and secure delivery of critical samples and supplies, contributing to the high-quality patient care provided by Nuvance Health.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the transportation of medical samples and supplies between on-site and off-site locations
- Ensure compliance with established protocols and procedures for specimen handling and transport
- Communicate effectively with colleagues, clients, and patients regarding specimen status and delivery schedules
- Maintain accurate records and logs of transported specimens and supplies
- Collaborate with laboratory staff to resolve any issues or concerns related to specimen transport
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
