Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Commercial Construction Superintendent or similar role in the construction industry.
- In-depth knowledge of commercial construction processes, techniques, and regulations.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
