You’ll lead the store in achieving store objectives with regards to hitting sales targets, recruiting, development, and performance management. You’ll be a retail maverick that can handle anything that comes your way. You’ll be a believer in developing talent and providing the best customer service in the mall. In short, you’re a superhero.What you’ll doEnsure that your store achieves the sales plan and/or comparable sales goals. It’s not all about the Benjamins, but then it kind of isRecruit, develop, and retain a collaborative and passionate team to run your store alongside youLead customer engagement through social media, store web applications, and clientelingLead an operationally sound business with balance of structure, delegation, autonomy, and customer-first selling practicesMonitor shrink, loss prevention, payroll hours, schedules, and external factors that affect the businessCollaborate with retail leadership and HQ partners on trends and customer feedbackRun sales reports and use data to guide strategy to hit sales targetsAdapt to new technologies, communicate company policies and procedures, and manage supply ownership (spending only as needed)Merchandise the store in a compelling way using planograms and launch promos on timeMentor, recognize, and provide feedback to build a bench of talented staffWhat you’ll needAt least 1-2 years of retail store management experience with a track record of leading teams to success; skills include communication, recruiting, and operations (payroll, reporting, scheduling, merchandising)Must be at least 18 years oldHigh school diploma or GED; degree is a plusAdaptable to a fast-changing retail environment and able to handle curveballsOpen-minded and inquisitive regarding pop culture fandoms and trendsAble to navigate the store, merchandise products using approved equipment, and lift up to 50 pounds$21.25 - $26.60 an hourPlease note the pay range for this position starts as listed in the job posting, but final salary will be determined by factors including education, location, meeting minimum requirements, training, and experience. #J-18808-Ljbffr
