**** PLEASE NOTE IMPORTANT OPTION: There is opportunity to do an every-other week rotation with another nurse. Week 1 would be Sunday, Monday, Tuesday and Week 2 would be Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday. This results in three days off one week, but FIVE days off the next ****
Our Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) are responsible for the nursing needs of residents, while actively incorporating our “Philosophy for Person-Directed Care.” You will ensure a safe and healthy environment for residents, staff, and visitors to participate in the resident’s daily life rhythm; develop assignments in coordination with the care partners; and keeping each team member accountable for resident care and satisfaction.
To be successful in the role, you would have:
- Prior nursing experience in Memory Support working with Persons/Residents living with Dementia highly desirable
- Current LPN/LVN license in the state for which applying
- Current CPR certification
