The AWS Industry Marketing team helps automotive and manufacturing customers transform their businesses using our broad & deep portfolio of cloud services, generative AI, industry solutions, and partners. This role leads the global marketing strategy and programs for automotive and manufacturing.ResponsibilitiesLead, inspire and oversee the global automotive and manufacturing industry marketing teamDevelop compelling and differentiated value propositions and narratives that bring together AWS industry expertise, services and solutions for automotive and manufacturingDrive product and customer stories with excellence through the industry lens and ensure they are delivered through industry-specific digital channels, campaigns, analysts, press, events and commercial organization stakeholdersUse market insights and competitive analysis to shape our product, sales, go-to-market, and industry marketing approachDevelop and deliver consumable, impactful sales tools for AWS sales and go-to-market teamsDevelop, support, and deliver keynotes across industry conferences and tradeshows. Ensure that AWS has the right content and spokespersons to communicate industry valueWork with our partner community to define solutions investment areas, develop value props and support the partner marketing deliveryBuild and maintain relationships with executives, customers and industry analystsBasic Qualifications10+ years of professional non-internship marketing experienceExperience managing teamsExperience using data and metrics to drive improvementsExperience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)Experience driving direction and alignment with cross-functional teamsPreferred QualificationsKnowledge of Photoshop, video editing, and related toolsExperience in inter-team working skills to develop partnership with partner, tech team and operating at leadership levelsWhy AWSAmazon Web Services (AWS) is the world’s most comprehensive and broadly adopted cloud platform.
