The competitive benefits package also includes profit-sharing once eligible.Requirements and Qualifications:Familiarity with a wide variety of transaction types (e.g., private company, stock purchase, asset purchase, cross-border,etc.)Extensive experience structuring, negotiating, and closing mergers, acquisitions, asset purchases, private equity purchases, loan transactions, joint ventures, and strategic alliancesExperience managing due diligence, closings, regulatory filings, and post-acquisition integrationSignificant experience structuring and forming corporations, limited liability companies, partnerships, and other business arrangementsExperience with respect to M&A, venture capital and commercial finance, particularly with respect to middle-market transactionsSubstantive experience with commercial and venture finance, including representation of debtors, private equity firms, investment and mezzanine funds, and commercial banksStrong communication skills and the ability to solve problems, execute and transfer knowledge, and coordinate the completion of projects by junior attorneysThe desire to work on general corporate mattersA portable book of business is preferred along with the desire to continue growing the attorney’s practiceExceptional written and verbal communication skillsGood judgment and adherence to high ethical standardsJuris Doctor degree from an accredited law schoolAdmitted to practice in Idaho or ability to be admitted by motionParsons actively recruits to obtain an applicant pool of candidates from a variety of diverse backgrounds.Interested candidates should email a cover letter and resume to Susie Headlee atsheadlee@parsonsbehle.com . #J-18808-Ljbffr
