Our clients love to work with us because of our unique skillsets, our pragmatic approach, and our will to win.Tasks and ResponsibilitiesActive management, support, and delivery of client projects in Organizational Change Management (OCM)Development of strategic change initiatives & implementation of change management at companiesLead, support and deliver change processesManagement of methodically structured OCM initiativesResponsible for the development and implementation of communication strategies, sponsor roadmaps, trainings and resistance managementManagement of project resources and stakeholdersTimely management of client deliverablesSupport customers in defining new functional roles and responsibilitiesMentor and train other consultants and support them in their personal developmentCoaching project team members, leadership, sponsors, and middle managementClient-relationship management of existing and new clients and active support with the Arcondis business developmentYour ProfileMaster’s degree in business administration, economics, life science or any other related fieldAt least 5 years of experience in change management, organizational development and/or cultural change projects (preferably in life sciences and consulting)Good knowledge of OCM techniques, methodologies and tools, e.g. Kotter, PCI, ProsciGood knowledge of project management (processes, methodologies, and tools)Solution-oriented, innovator, and forward thinkerGood conceptual, and analytical skillsExcellent written and oral communication skillsHighly self-motivated, independent, and outcome drivenStrong facilitator, with excellent organizational and interpersonal skillsSkilled at developing and delivering customer presentations and communicationsWillingness to travelWhy ArcondisArcondis will provide you with a highly professional environment embedded in a transparent and people-oriented culture that allows you to make a sustainable impact and to realize your potential.
