Duties Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while identifying opportunities for upselling and cross?selling. Conduct warm calls to potential clients to introduce our services and solutions. Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns that drive engagement and lead generation. Utilize a CRM to track account activity, manage sales pipelines, and analyze performance metrics. Lead negotiations with clients to secure contracts and agreements that align with company goals. Provide technical sales support by understanding client needs and offering tailored solutions. Prepare and deliver presentations that effectively communicate product benefits and value propositions. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities. Foster a collaborative environment by working closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery. Requirements Proven experience in account management or related fields such as B2B sales or technical sales. Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage clients effectively. Demonstrated leadership capabilities in managing projects or teams. Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software for tracking account activity and performance analysis. Solid understanding of marketing strategies and their application in driving business growth. Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform decision?making processes. A proactive approach to business development with a focus on building long?term client relationships. Familiarity with technology sales is highly desirable.
