Job Title: Quality Control Inspector

Job Description

We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Quality Control Inspector to join our team. The successful candidate will perform visual inspections of electronic cards, sub-assemblies, and systems to ensure all products meet established specifications for reliability and workmanship. This role is essential in maintaining high-quality standards and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
  • Perform visual inspection of electronic cards, sub-assemblies, and systems to ensure product meets established specifications for reliability and workmanship.
  • Utilize gauges, templates, microscopes, and other manufacturing aids to verify product specifications.
  • Ensure all required process operations have been completed on inspected products.
  • Enter all quality data into appropriate electronic or manual systems.
  • Notify appropriate personnel if unusual product defects are identified or if process yields fall below acceptable levels.
  • Provide timely feedback to manufacturing if non-conforming product is identified.
  • Accurately complete all administrative activities associated with quality inspection.
  • Perform process audits and assist manufacturing with the interpretation of quality and workmanship standards.
  • Assist with the disposition of all non-conforming materials/products.
Essential Skills
  • Proficiency in quality control and quality assurance procedures.
  • Experience with visual inspection techniques.
  • Knowledge of blueprint reading.
  • Experience in inspection and manufacturing operations.
