Job Summary: We are seeking a Quality Control Inspector to join our team at Aleron. As a Quality Control Inspector, you will be responsible for performing detailed product inspections and audits on complex products. You will also make process recommendations and suggest improvements in inspection procedures. Key Responsibilities:
• Perform detailed product inspections and audits on complex products
• Make process recommendations and suggest improvements in inspection procedures
• Perform packaging line and manufacturing inspections, and sampling and testing of incoming components and raw materials
• Ensure in-process and finished products meet company standards
• Apply approval or rejection labels to bulk raw materials once analytical data is evaluated
• Assess draft and final label copy, utilizing knowledge of labeling regulations
• Minimize downtime by reducing production rework and recalls

Requirements:
• 3-5+ years production or related work experience
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Vocational or technical training
• Ability to read and interpret prints, drawings, and specs
• Ability to check for workmanship, dimensional specs, tolerance, and overall function of the product
• Solid understanding of all relevant inspection techniques
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Good MS Office, Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills
• Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs.
