This executive will lead the development and execution of integrated marketing and commercial strategies across a portfolio of partners to drive brand and business growth for UFC and across TKO's global portfolio. This person will serve as a strategic architect and drive revenue, while overseeing a team of professionals that will manage commercial partnerships for top-tier brands. This leader will drive innovation and evolve the Partnerships Marketing function into a best-in-class, consultative, and insight-led discipline.* Strategic Leadership & Commercialization* + Develop and implement integrated marketing and commercial strategies that enhance monetization, brand value, and market position for UFC, and across TKO's portfolio. + Collaborate across Global Partnerships to support commercial initiatives, including planning, integration, and collaboration across the function. + Present strategic initiatives to executive leadership, articulating ROI, growth impact, and cross-functional opportunities. + Stay ahead of market trends and competitive dynamics to inform future strategy and innovation.* Portfolio Management & Business Growth* + Lead the end-to-end management of commercial partnerships for UFC to deliver on partner’s brand and business goals. + Lead strategic planning for all partners, identifying and prioritizing growth opportunities aligned with business objectives, while delivering consultative solutions leveraging the power of the TKO enterprise. + Drive revenue by leading all renewals, upsells, and cross-sells for UFC while unlocking new revenue opportunities. + Support marketing and commercial orchestration across Sales, Partnerships Marketing, Marketing Solutions, Revenue Management, and Operations teams to ensure cohesive strategic execution. + Collaborate with Analytics and Finance to develop performance measurement frameworks and generate insights that drive business decisions. + Act as a central connector across teams to ensure alignment on priorities, timelines, and partner deliverables. + Support communication and collaboration across Global Partnerships.* Transformation & Capability Building* + Lead the transformation of the PM function from transactional servicing to consultative, insight-driven strategic marketing. + Design and implement a PM curriculum focused on best-in-class account management and long-term partner growth strategies. + Champion a culture of innovation, thought leadership, and proactive partner management within the Partnerships Marketing organization. + Manage and mentor a high-performing team of strategists and cross-functional contributors, fostering a growth mindset and collaborative environment. **You Have These****:** * 15+ years of experience in marketing strategy, consulting, commercial operations, or corporate development, ideally in sports, entertainment, or media.* Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional strategic initiatives and driving organizational change.* Deep understanding of brand partnerships, marketing strategy, commercialization, and client service models.* Strong financial acumen and analytical capability.* Exceptional executive communication and stakeholder management skills.* Experience building and mentoring high-performing teams.* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field required; MBA or equivalent advanced degree strongly preferred.Per local requirements and in the interest of transparency, the hourly rate shown below reflects the prevalent current hiring range for this position. Hiring pay rates are based on a number of factors, including location and may vary depending on job-related qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience.
