While Editorial are the owners of the brand, the marketer will play a critical role in evolving Vogue's brand presence, deepening audience engagement, and driving revenue growth across all platformsdigital, social, experiential, print and commerce.Reporting into the VP of Marketing, Global Luxury and Fashion at Cond Nast, they will serve as the marketing lead for Vogue partnering closely with editorial, sales, media, commerce, and subs & membership teams.Key Responsibilities:Brand & Consumer Marketing (B2C)Develop and execute full-funnel consumer marketing strategies to grow Vogue's brand, audience, subscriptions, and cultural influenceLead consumer marketing campaigns for marquee issues (e.g. September, Holiday), Vogue events (e.g. Vogue World), and digital initiatives (eg Vogue App, Dogue)Collaborate with editorial to connect and amplify brand storytelling across paid, earned, and owned channelsPartner with insights and analytics to continuously evolve messaging, segmentation, and performanceCommercial & Advertiser Marketing (B2B)Develop full-funnel B2B marketing programs to support revenue objectives, including tentpole sponsorships, category-specific pitches, branded content programs, and trade communications/eventsFull end-to-end ownership on commercial partnerships: branded content and event sponsorships.Support the build of go-to-market strategies for advertiser categories including fashion, beauty, luxury, travel, tech, and lifestyleTranslate editorial vision into commercial storytelling that resonates with clients and agency partnersLead the creation of world-class pitch materials, sizzle reels, and media kits in partnership with creative and sales teamQualifications:15+ years of experience in marketing, and brand strategy, preferably with experience across both consumer and B2B (advertiser-facing) functionsSpeed, agility, and hands-on execution experience across strategy, creative, production, eventsProven track record of building high-impact marketing campaigns that deliver both cultural resonance and business resultsExceptional storytelling, communication, and presentation skillsStrong team leadership and cross-functional collaboration experience in matrixed organizationsUnderstanding of the fashion, luxury and media landscapeWhat Success Looks Like:A unified marketing strategy that drives growth and reinforces Vogue's editorial visionIncreased consumer engagement and loyalty through best-in-class campaignsElevated advertiser perception of Vogue as a creative and commercial partnerA motivated and high-performing brand marketing team, respected across the organizationThe expected base salary range for this position is from $215,000-$250,000. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including but not limited to relevant skills, training, experience, and education. In addition to salary and a generous employee benefits package, successful candidates may also be eligible to receive discretionary bonus compensation.
