Implement process improvements or financial system changes that enhance the accuracy and efficiency of plant operations accounting. Performs all other duties as assigned. Education/Certifications and Experience:5+ years of experience in accounting or finance within a manufacturing environment, preferably in food manufacturing. Demonstrated experience in cost accounting, plant operations, budgeting, and financial reporting. Experience with financial systems (ERP systems, SAP, Oracle, etc.) and advanced Excel skills. Familiarity with activity-based costing (ABC) or other specialized costing methodologies. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:Strong knowledge of cost accounting, inventory valuation, and financial analysis. Ability to interpret complex financial data and translate it into actionable business insights. Strong communication skills with the ability to present financial information to non-financial stakeholders.Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
