Position Summary The primary purpose is to manage the customer flow, admissions process, and marketing program for the community. Responsibilities include guiding the marketing program which ensures strong customer, referral, and payer satisfaction, appropriate market penetration, positive public image, and maximization of community profitability and census goals. Responsibilities Curate and maintain professional relationships in the local health care markets. Generate referrals for services by building relationships with hospitals, physicians, independent and assisted living facilities and other community resources. Coordinate tours, admissions, insurance verifications & pre-certifications. Plan community outreach activities such as health fairs, wellness checks, and caregiver support groups. Conduct regular marketing calls and visits to referral sources to increase referrals and admissions. Facilitate admissions decisions and ensure a positive admission experience for customers and families. Provide extraordinary customer service to both external and internal customers (referral sources, patients, families, supervisors, staff, pharmacists, suppliers). Qualifications Minimum of 3 years’ experience working in a healthcare setting. High school diploma or equivalent. Shift & Wage Full‑time opportunity. Shifts Monday – Friday, 8:00 a .m. – 5:30 p .m.
