You’ll help unify and expand one of the systems most high-impact divisions, supported by advanced technology, engaged teams, and a deep culture of collaboration.About the RoleReporting to the System Executive Medical Director, Neurosciences, the Division Head of Neurosurgery will provide strategic, clinical, and operational leadership across the continuum of inpatient and outpatient neurosurgical care.You will collaborate with affiliate department chairs, medical directors, and administrative leaders to drive integration, innovation, and accountability across a system poised for transformation. This role will also shape the broader Neurosciences Service Line which includes Neurology, Stroke, and PM&R positioning Neurosurgery as a cornerstone of RRH's regional care strategy.Neurosurgery at Rochester Regional HealthRRH's neurosurgery program spans multiple high-volume campuses and is supported by cutting-edge intraoperative and imaging technology, including Brainlab, O-arm, ROSA robotics, and LITT.
