As part of Danfoss Group Digital & IT, you will play a key role in supporting our global digital transformation by designing and implementing SAP Service Management solutions. You will collaborate with business stakeholders and IT teams to align business processes, SAP configurations, and training materials across the organization. This is a unique opportunity to work with cutting-edge SAP S/4HANA technologies and contribute to the success of a global leader in sustainable innovation.Job ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, test, and implement SAP Service Management solutions from concept to deployment.Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.Lead structured testing activities including integration and user acceptance testing.Prepare training materials and conduct end-user training sessions.Provide go-live support and post-implementation assistance to ensure smooth transitions.Conduct structured follow-ups with local business partners and stakeholders.Support the implementation of SAP S/4HANA as a replacement for SAP ECC.Work with SAP developers to design and implement system enhancements.Participate in global ERP projects, ensuring alignment with Danfoss’ digitalization goals.Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and knowledge sharing within the SAP team.Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.8+ years of experience as a Quote-to-Cash (SD) consultant in SAP implementation and enhancement projects.Strong knowledge of SAP Service Management processes including Field Service, Depot Repair, Refurbishment, and Equipment Management.Expertise in SAP modules such as SD, MM, PP, QM, FICO, and integration with service processes.Experience with extended warranty management, including sales and administration.Understanding of financial accounting impacts, including revenue and cost recognition principles.Familiarity with tools like EDI, mass migration, and legacy system integration.Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills in a matrix environment.Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally in a global team.Self-driven, proactive, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.Danfoss – Engineering TomorrowAt Danfoss, we are engineering solutions that allow the world to use resources in smarter ways - driving the sustainable transformation of tomorrow.
