Sr. Marketing Specialist

We are currently seeking a motivated and energetic Sr. Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team. The Sr. Marketing Specialist will work closely with the Marketing Manager and will be responsible for assisting with a variety of marketing initiatives, including graphic design, tradeshows, budgeting, and social media management. The ideal candidate should be a self-starter, possess a strong willingness to learn, and be able to work both independently and in a collaborative team environment.Key Responsibilities:Graphic Design: Assist in the creation of engaging marketing content that aligns with our brand and stimulates customer engagement. This includes visuals for various marketing channels and promotional materials.Tradeshow Support: Aid in the planning, coordinating, and implementing of tradeshows. This includes assisting with stand design and set up, promotional materials, and post-event evaluation and analysis.Budget Assistance: Support the marketing team in developing and managing marketing budgets. Assist in monitoring costs and track budget variance.Social Media Management: Assist in managing our social media strategy, creating and publishing content across various platforms, tracking analytics, and optimizing our presence to engage and grow our audience.Collaboration: Work with multiple departments, helping to ensure marketing efforts are cohesive and aligned with overall company objectives.Marketing Materials and Swag: Aid in the development of promotional materials and merchandise (swag) for brand promotion at events, conferences, and tradeshows.Presentation Assistance: Assist in the creation of PowerPoint presentations for internal and external use.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.Experience in a marketing role is preferred but not required.Basic knowledge of graphic design software and principles.Experience or familiarity with managing and coordinating tradeshows is a plus.Experience or understanding of managing budgets.Experience managing or participating in social media campaigns.Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and other presentation tools.Ability to work both independently and within a team environment.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Demonstrable willingness to learn, grow, and adapt to new challenges and changes.Self-starter who takes initiative and is able to work independently with minimal supervision.Creative thinker with the ability to think outside the box.Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with teams.An eye for aesthetics and details in design.Open-minded with a strong willingness to learn and expand skill set.About AEVEX AerospaceAEVEX Aerospace, headquartered in Solana Beach, California, supports the U.S. national security mission around the world by providing full-spectrum airborne intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance solutions.
