Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and optimize manufacturing systems, including automation and equipment improvements.
- Establish and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency.
- Collaborate with vendors, cross-functional teams, and leadership to align capabilities with production needs.
- Apply statistical methods to forecast manufacturing requirements and identify process improvements.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to reduce costs and increase efficiency.
- Troubleshoot and resolve manufacturing issues, driving innovation in the process.
- Oversee equipment maintenance, ensuring schedules and standards meet manufacturer recommendations.
- Conduct capacity planning and resource allocation to optimize production capabilities.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and quality requirements.
- Utilize 3D CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) for tooling and fixture design.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering.
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills.
- Proven leadership experience in driving manufacturing excellence.
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies is a plus.
- Proficient in 3D CAD software for design, such as SolidWorks or AutoCAD.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
