Overview:

We are seeking skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to join our healthcare team. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in providing quality patient care and assisting in the overall management of patient healthcare needs. This position offers the opportunity to work in various healthcare settings, including hospitals, clinics, and home care.

Responsibilities:

- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians

- Monitor and record patient vital signs

- Assist with diagnostic procedures, such as sonography and medical imaging

- Provide wound care and assist with dressing changes

- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans

- Educate patients and their families on proper healthcare procedures and self-care techniques

- Maintain accurate medical documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory standards

- Assist with pain management techniques

- Perform basic medical procedures, such as phlebotomy and IV therapy

Skills:

To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills:

- Strong knowledge of medical terminology and physiology

- Proficiency in medical documentation and record keeping

- Ability to lift and move patients safely

- Experience with botulinum toxin treatment is a plus

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Requirements:

- Valid LPN license in [STATE]

- Minimum [X] years of experience as an LPN (experience in a hospital or home care setting is preferred)

- CPR certification

- Ability to pass a background check
