Our client, a leading provider of luxury, short-term rentals, is seeking a Human Resources Director to join their team This position is hybrid with 3 days in their beautiful Boston office.Job ResponsibilitiesBuild a working environment aligned with the company valuesRoll out and evaluate policies, updates, and other HR related timelines with entire organizationCollaborate with senior leadership to drive people and recruitment strategies including DEI and Corporate Social responsibilityLead feedback and coaching cycles using the 360-degree feedback methodProvide guidance and strategies for management, employee development, engagement, feedback and retention to department managersDesign onboarding programs to set employees up for successMaintain and evaluation all HR technology including HRIS, ATS, and Google AdminLead evaluation and selection of employee benefit programsKnowledge of legal requirements and government reporting regulationsOversee all aspects of payroll policies and be the primary point of contact for all questions regarding payroll platform/HRISWork with payroll administrators to monitor and resolve discrepancies and employee inquiresKnowledge of tax laws, regulations, and industry trendsGenerate payrolls reportsUpdate records by reviewing exemptions, insurance, savings deductions, etc.Skills and Qualifications3-5+ years of Human Resources/People Operations leadership experienceBachelor’s degree in human resources, labor relations, organizational development, business or related field of study is a plusProfessional certification (SHRM-CP, SCP, PHR) is a plusExpertise in benefits selection and administrationHigh degree of technology literacy (ADP, Paylocity, MS Office, Google Suite)Ability to maintain confidentiality and maintain professionalismExcellent time management, planning, and multitasking skillsExceptional written and verbal communication skillsSalary Range: $130,000 to $160,000 based on experienceGainor provides equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, creed, sex, sexual orientation, gender (including gender identity and expression), age, national origin, immigration status, marital or familial status, citizenship status, ancestry, physical or mental disability, genetic information, reproductive health decision making, veteran or military status, or any other characteristic or status protected under applicable federal, state, or local law. #J-18808-Ljbffr
