You will be responsible for proposing, implementing, monitoring, and optimizing advertising campaigns in programmatic platforms (DSPs) for your own portfolio of clients and help maximize performance of the campaigns, while contributing to the wider marketing objectives of globally recognized brands. You will interpret campaign performance while providing creative insights, reporting, and media solutions to meet campaign challenges.Within this role, you will gain exposure to emerging media technologies and programmatic strategies that will help create a valuable foundation for a career in media.WHAT YOU’LL DOOwn and manage the complete programmatic campaign life cycle inclusive of planning, buying, creative and pixel management, optimization, on-going account management, making recommendations, etc.Actively set-up, execute, manage, and optimize numerous campaigns within multiple DSPs simultaneouslyPerform daily campaign pacing adjustments to deliver on campaign budgets and tactics are being optimized towards relevant objectives and KPIsOptimize campaign performance daily using BI (Business Intelligence) tools and excel based data analysisUse critical thinking & analytical skills to analyze complex data sets to make decisions to beat client goalsPerform weekly analysis of top performing domains and 3rd party statisticsRun weekly reports of management statistics for client’s campaigns (performance, pacing etc.) and communicate performance reports and learnings with client(s), internal stakeholders, and agency partnersExecute updates to programmatic media plans as neededDevelop an understanding of A/B and split testing methodologies on campaigns under the direction of the Programmatic DirectorServe as a programmatic expert to clients around Havas Edge technology and expertise, and what sets us apart from competitorsDevelop a thorough understanding of the wider programmatic ecosystem and the modern media agencyExemplify curiosity and keep abreast of industry developments, learning new technology platforms to provide recommendations to client teamsWHO YOU AREMINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in programmatic media buying (performance driven preferred)You have hands-on experience working in self-serve Demand Side PlatformsYou are familiar with campaign success metrics: conversions, pacing, target CPA’s, secondary conversionsYou have prior experience in reporting, strategic planning, and performance management of campaignsYou have strong analytical/quantitative skills with the ability to draw insights from large data setsYou demonstrate solid troubleshooting and problem-solving skills; ability to use the results of investigation and analysis to make effective strategic decisionsYou can manage multiple projects with short timelines in a fast-paced dynamic environment and experienced in managing projects from concept to completionYou work well under pressure, while maintaining accuracy, strict confidentiality, and a professional demeanorYou enjoy interacting with people at all levels of the organization (internal and external stakeholders) and fostering strong cross-functional teamworkYou are productive in both an independent and collaborative team settingYou have strong interpersonal communication skills, both written and verbalYou have a high level of attention to detail and organizationYou have a desire and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environmentYou are a self-motivated individual who can work both independently and in a team environmentYou have a desire to increase your knowledge and skills around programmatic technology, digital and online mediaPREFERRED EDUCATION AND SKILLS:Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or in an analytical or quantitative disciplineYou have prior working experience in an agency or publisher environmentYou have direct hands-on experience working in any of the following DSPs: Google DoubleClick Bid Manager, TheTradeDesk, DataXu, Amazon Advertising Platform, Adobe/TubeMogul, Thunder, AppNexus, MediaMathYou have a solid understanding of the digital advertising landscape; audience buying a plusYou are proficient in Microsoft Excel (i.e. Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs) and Microsoft PowerPointYou are experienced with ancillary technologies: DMP, ad serving solutions, tag management and operations, including types of tag, their differences and what to use in certain scenariosYou have experience with contextual targeting and research toolsYou are familiar with attribution modelingWHO WE AREBuild the Business.
