Position SummaryDrive the development and execution of our education product initiatives as we transform professional learning through innovative technology solutions. This individual contributor role focuses on hands‑on product management with opportunities for project leadership and delivering a measurable impact for our members while contributing to scalable educational experiences.Duties and ResponsibilitiesProduct ManagementProduct Development: Contribute to product strategy and roadmap development for education portfolio initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and NAR member professional development needsMarket Research: Conduct market analysis, competitive research, and member feedback analysis to inform product specifications and identify innovative use casesCross‑Functional Collaboration: Partner with marketing, sales, and stakeholder success teams to deliver high‑quality educational products that achieve strong member adoption ratesPerformance Tracking: Monitor and report on KPIs and success metrics to support data‑informed product decisions and demonstrate business valueProduct Operations & GrowthProject Coordination: Support budget planning and resource allocation for education product initiatives within defined parametersAnalytics Implementation: Utilize analytics tools and support A/B testing processes to drive product iteration and measurable improvementsInitiative Prioritization: Evaluate and recommend product initiatives based on member impact, business value, technical feasibility, and available resourcesGrowth Support: Contribute to revenue generation initiatives and business model optimization for education productsProduct Excellence & InnovationOptimization: Implement post‑launch optimization processes that leverage stakeholder feedback, behavioral data, and performance analytics to drive product enhancementQuality Assurance: Support testing frameworks and user research protocols to ensure products meet high standards of user experience and educational effectivenessInnovation Research: Research and recommend emerging technologies and methodologies in adult education and learning technologyProject LeadershipCross‑Functional Leadership: Lead specific product initiatives and projects, coordinating with diverse stakeholder groups to ensure successful deliveryProcess Improvement: Contribute to product discovery and delivery methodologies, ensuring thorough validation of product opportunitiesStakeholder Management: Manage relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners related to education product initiativesRequired QualificationsExperience & ExpertiseProduct Experience: Minimum 4 years of product management experience with exposure to adult education, data analytics, and SaaS‑based learning technology (edtech)Collaboration Skills: 3+ years of demonstrated success working in complex, collaborative environments with ability to influence and work across diverse stakeholder groupsBusiness Experience: 2+ years of for‑profit business experience in product management roles with understanding of revenue generation and business modelsTechnical & Analytical SkillsData Analysis: Strong ability to analyze datasets and research findings, translating insights into product recommendations and enhancementsTechnical Understanding: Good understanding of SaaS architecture, agile development methodologies, software engineering principles, user experience design, and user research practicesResearch & Testing: Experience with product testing, user research methodologies, and leveraging both quantitative and qualitative data to inform product decisionsProject Management: Ability to manage multiple concurrent product initiatives with effective execution and deliveryCommunication & LeadershipCommunication Skills: Strong oral and written communication skills with ability to present to senior stakeholders and manage diverse relationshipsAdaptability: Ability to work effectively in ambiguous environments, demonstrate intellectual curiosity and growth mindset, and respond constructively to feedbackTechnical Proficiency: Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel, with experience in analytics and visualization toolsInitiative: Self‑starter with ability to work independently while contributing effectively to team objectivesPreferred QualificationsBachelor's degree in related fieldExperience with AI/ML applications in educational technologyBackground in professional certification or continuing education marketsFamiliarity with regulatory requirements in professional educationExperience with agile development methodologies and product management toolsPrevious experience in membership organizations or professional associationsCompensation: $100,000 - $120,000 depending on office location.NAR provides comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision insurance.Organizational OverviewThe National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) is a team of professionals dedicated to providing world‑class service to approximately 1.5 million REALTORS® working in the United States and around the world.
