We’re looking for a Vice President of Sales Development to lead, grow, and evolve our Sales Development Representative (SDR) organization. This is a high-visibility leadership role that owns the strategy, structure, and success of our sales development function. You will be the driving force behind training, mentoring, and developing early-career sales professionals into high-performing Business Development Managers, while delivering measurable impact on revenue growth. The ideal candidate brings a blend of strategic vision, hands-on leadership, and a proven track record of developing and growing high-performing sales teams within a staffing or professional services environment. Key Responsibilities Program Leadership: Own the SDR program strategy — assess what’s working, identify opportunities to scale, and implement process improvements that drive pipeline generation and revenue performance Sales Enablement & Training: Build and deliver a best-in-class training curriculum covering the entire sales cycle: prospecting, lead qualification, pitching, negotiation, and closing Coaching & Development: Provide structured coaching and mentorship to accelerate SDR skill development and prepare team members for transition into Business Development within six months Performance Management: Track and analyze key metrics, identify areas for improvement, and recognize high performers to maximize team effectiveness Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Operations leaders to ensure alignment with overall company goals and sales strategies Talent Acquisition: Represent the company at college career fairs and recruiting events, building attract early-career sales talent Onboarding Excellence: Ensure new SDRs are fully equipped with the knowledge, tools, and confidence to ramp quickly and succeed Culture Champion: Build a high-energy, feedback-driven culture that rewards learning, celebrates achievement, and fosters professional growth and retention Qualifications Sales Expertise: Proven success in staffing or professional services sales with a deep understanding of the full sales cycle Leadership: Experience leading SDRs or sales teams, with demonstrated ability to inspire, coach, and scale early-career talent Data-Driven: Strong analytical skills and experience using performance metrics to guide decisions and optimize results Strong Communicator: Exceptional interpersonal, presentation, and collaboration abilities across all levels of the organization Entrepreneurial Spirit: Thrives in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment, with a focus on results, innovation, and continuous improvement Compensation and Benefits Unlimited PTO Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Life insurance, short-term & long-term disability, and other supplemental benefits A collaborative, growth-oriented culture with ongoing learning and development opportunities Base Salary: $150,000 - $200,000 plus annual bonus *The base salary rate will be commensurate with experience level and past success.
