Our team in the Rocky Mountains district spans Denver, Colorado Springs, Albuquerque, Salt Lake City, Aurora, Boise, Littleton, Boulder, and Ogden. Job Description Janssen Biotech, Inc., part of the Johnson & Johnson family, seeks a senior district manager to lead sales and business development for dermatology products within the Immunology portfolio. The role involves mentoring a team, shaping strategy within budget constraints, and building strong customer relationships across the district. Responsibilities Mentor, develop and lead a team toward sales objectives for dermatology products. Strategically shape business plans while operating within the assigned budget. Create a team culture, manage representative performance, and motivate people to achieve sales quotas. Demonstrate core product clinical attributes and forge valuable customer relationships. Collaborate with partners and work in the field with minimal supervision. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree. Valid driver’s license in the United States. Ability to travel up to 60%. Residence in the district or within 30 miles, or willingness to relocate. Minimum of five years of successful pharmaceutical or medical device sales experience selling FDA‑approved products to licensed healthcare professionals. Preferred Qualifications Resides within the district geography. Participation or completion of a J&J Management Development Program (or similar) or prior management experience.
