The Enterprise Tech sales team represents the full breadth of Informa TechTarget's brand to demand product solutions to the technology market. This role focuses on uncovering and expanding revenue streams across a comprehensive set of brand, content, demand, and intent offerings to a designated territory of top customers and prospects. At Informa TechTarget, an Account Director will play a vital role in growing Informa TechTarget's integrated product portfolio. In this role, the Account Director will manage a territory within our top 200 customer cohort with a focus on client retention and customer expansion. Key Responsibilities You will be assigned to a team that focuses on our top 75‑100 accounts within Enterprise Tech and works closely with sales leadership. The goal is to drive revenue growth by expanding our footprint within assigned accounts through upselling at the product level or cross‑selling into new lines of business. Actively prospect into assigned accounts with the goal of multithreading, upselling, and cross‑selling. You will work to expand business within current accounts and break into new areas, increasing our footprint and enhancing customer relationships. Your role will have a dual focus: delivering on revenue targets through renewals and executing strategies to convert new business opportunities into revenue. Qualifications The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience working with B2B technology marketing platforms, specifically: Experience leveraging account and prospect‑level intent data to drive marketing campaigns and sales enablement Background in implementing targeted advertising campaigns to reach active B2B tech buyers Experience developing or managing customized online environments for user engagement Demonstrated ability to develop high‑performance marketing assets for B2B technology audiences The successful candidate will possess in‑depth knowledge of multiple technology sectors, including: Cloud and IT Infrastructure Data Management and Analytics Networking Storage and Data Protection Unified Communications and Collaboration AI Software and Services Application Development Preferred Qualifications 3+ years of experience in B2B technology marketing Proven success using intent data to drive marketing and sales outcomes Strong understanding of the B2B technology buyer journey Experience working across multiple technology verticals Demonstrated ability to translate technical concepts for various audience segments Track record of successful campaign execution using marketing technology platforms Additional Information We believe that great things happen when people connect face‑to‑face.
