Pay Rate: $20/hour 
Schedule: Monday - Thursday 7:00am - 4:30pm, Friday 7:00am - 11:00am / 30 minute lunch 
Term: Direct Hire

What’s a typical day as a Repair Specialist? You’ll be:
• Meeting all Assembler I, II, and III requirements
• Demonstrating the ability to cross-train in any operations department
• Performing SMD soldering at all levels
• Conducting path repair
• Repairing and inspecting all assigned units
• Ensuring proper assembly and quality of products
• Reworking technicians' requests to the highest standard and quality

• Have exceptional verbal and written English communication skills
• Possess good analytical skills
• Are detail-oriented, accurate, and organized
• Have the ability to understand and follow work processes
• Can disassemble and reassemble complete units
• Are able to read and understand specifications/bills of materials
• Have inspection abilities and quality knowledge
• Can work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Are able to work independently and as part of a team
• Maintain confidentiality and have excellent time management skills
• Have a high school diploma or equivalent
• Have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role
