Apartment Maintenance

*Apartment Maintenance Job Summary:*

A large property management company in Grand Rapids has an opening for a handyman to do basic building maintenance and general repairs around the property and help with grounds work.

*Apartment Maintenance Requirements:*
* Painting, Drywall repair, light plumbing, fixture repair and replacement
* Fix garbage disposal, fridge and stove repairs, hang blinds, and shelves
* Answering calls from residents and troubleshooting repairs
* Apartment turnovers to prepare for new residents
* Grounds work, snow shoveling, and general support to the team.

*Schedule & Pay:*
* 8am-5pm, extra hours as needed
* $20/HR

*Apartment Maintenance Qualifications:*
* Ability to use power tools and have basic tools
* Ability to fix leaky sinks, change garbage disposals, install appliances
* Drywall, painting, light handyman work
* Previous experience with apartment maintenance
* Must have your own vehicle
* Willingness to work outdoors and indoors and in all kinds of weather conditions
* Previous handyman experience or construction experience is necessary
