Apartment Maintenance Job Summary:

We are hiring apartment maintenance technicians for different property management companies in Grand Rapids, MI. They have openings for handy employees to do basic building maintenance and general repairs. If you like working with your hands, fixing problems, and have maintenance experience, apply today

 

Apartment Maintenance Requirements:

  • Painting, drywall repair, light plumbing, fixture repair and replacement
  • Building turnovers to prepare for new residents
  • Grounds work, snow shoveling, and general support to the team

Schedule: 8:30am-5pm, Monday-Friday

Pay: $20/hr based on experience

 

Apartment Maintenance Qualifications:

  • Ability to use power tools and basic tools
  • Must have your own vehicle, a valid driver's license and basic set of hand tools
  • Willingness to work outdoors and indoors and in all kinds of weather conditions
  • Previous apartment maintenance experience or construction experience is necessary
  • Must be able to lift/move up to 50 pounds on a frequent basis
