Oracle Fusion Lead Technical Consultant Location: Houston, TX Job Role Lead technical delivery of Oracle Fusion Cloud applications (Financials, SCM). Design and develop technical components, ensure adherence to best practices, and collaborate with functional and business teams to deliver scalable, optimized solutions. Translate functional requirements into technical specifications. Responsibilities Design, develop, and deliver technical components in Oracle Fusion Cloud. Lead technical delivery and ensure adherence to best practices. Collaborate closely with functional and business teams to translate functional requirements into technical specifications. Participate during UAT and fix issues. Conduct technical walkthroughs, status reviews, and presentations with stakeholders and clients. Experience and Qualifications Experience: 8–12 years overall Oracle Apps experience, with at least 5–6 years in Oracle Fusion Cloud (technical stream). Modules Exposure: one position in each of earlier 5 Functional streams and positions as above. Technical Expertise BI Publisher, OTBI, ADFdi, FBDI, HDL SQL, PL/SQL, Web Services (SOAP/REST) – optional Application Composer & Page Composer for UI personalization Design and deliver custom reports and dashboards using BI Publisher, OTBI Security, Roles, and Data Access Setups Report Performance optimizations Other Strong verbal and written communication skills for translating complex technical topics into business language. Manage client expectations, adhere/negotiating timelines, and ensure quality deliverables.
