Oracle Fusion Lead Technical Consultant

Job Role:
The Oracle Fusion Lead Technical Consultant will be responsible for designing, developing technical components within Oracle Fusion Cloud applications (Financials, SCM,). The role involves leading technical delivery, ensuring adherence to best practices, and collaborating closely with functional and business teams to deliver scalable and optimized Oracle Fusion solutions.
Translate functional requirements into technical specifications
Experience: 8-12 years overall Oracle Apps experience, with at least 5-6 years in Oracle Fusion Cloud (technical stream).
Modules Exposure: one position in each of earlier 5 Functional streams and positions as above
Technical Expertise:
- BI Publisher, OTBI, ADFdi, FBDI, HDL
- SQL, PL/SQL, and Web Services (SOAP/REST) -Optional
- Application Composer & Page Composer for UI personalization
- Design and deliver custom reports and dashboards using BI Publisher, OTBI
- Security, Roles, and Data Access Setups
- Report Performance optimizations
- Participate during UAT and fix issues
- Conducts technical walkthroughs, status reviews, and presentations with stakeholders and clients.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for translating complex technical topics into business language.
- Manage client expectations, adhere/negotiating timelines, Quality deliverables
