Demand Negotiator
Position Overview
We are a top rated personal injury law firm, passionate about fighting to ensure that motor vehicle accident victims receive the compensation they deserve.
You will be responsible for managing and negotiating high volume personal injury claims in the pre-litigation phase. This role aims to achieve favorable settlement outcomes while ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
Position will be onsite in Costa Mesa, CA. Can be onsite in Downtown LA if necessary
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a high volume of personal injury claims throughout the pre-litigation process.
  • Negotiate settlement amounts with insurance adjusters and opposing parties.
  • Assess claim details and determine appropriate settlement strategies.
  • Maintain detailed records of negotiations and settlements in the case management system.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to explain the negotiation process and provide updates.
Qualifications
  • 10+ yrs proven experience in demand negotiation and settlement of personal injury claims.
  • Experience settling cases from $750k-$2M in pre litigation.
  • Experience working at a high volume personal injury plaintiff law firm.
