I-State Truck Center is looking for an experienced Heavy-Duty Truck Body Shop Manager for our Sioux Falls South Dakota location. We are offering highly competitive wages

The Body Shop Manager is a key member of our management team and fulfills a critical role in our operations. This position is responsible for overall accountability of managing a Body Shop department employing multiple team members, developing body shop business, ensuring customer satisfaction, and promoting our products and services.

Body Shop Manager Job Duties:

* Take all necessary steps to exceed customer expectations and ensure a positive experience.
* Recruit, hire, motivate and retain the highest quality staff.
* Monitor Body Shop Department performance with key metrics, including revenue, profitability, and efficiency.
* Assure compliance with safety goals.
* Provide accurate estimates/quote services.
* Develop strong alliances with vendors and Insurance Representatives
* Manage work order system and service invoicing.
* Communicate policies, procedures, and branch goals to employees.
* Uphold our promise to our customers of Pride in Service.

Body Shop Manager Requirements:

* High School Diploma or equivalent
* Previous Body Shop management experience
* Excellent communication skills verbal and written.
* Technical degree or certification a plus
* Must be physically able to lift and work with no restrictions.
* Ability to operate a forklift or obtain a forklift license.
* Ability to manage and execute quarterly budgets in a timely manner.
* Ability to manage employees and processes.
