SO, WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
Performing the duties required on a variety of systems related to the company's business. Collaborating as necessary with Project Managers, Project Engineers, and colleagues to complete your duties.
WHAT DOES THIS ROLE REQUIRE?
- Experience in the commercial HVAC business.
- Self-motivated, Energetic, Ambitious, and have a Positive attitude.
- Excellent customer relations and professional communication skills.
- Professional conduct and prepared to represent company image and reputation with its clients.
- Good time management.
- Basic written communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to organize.
- Able to learn and adapt to existing and new programs and processes.
- Organized with ability to complete particular tasks as directed.
- Team player and able to achieve assigned performance goals.
- Able to demonstrate consistent and reliable attendance.
- Good at multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.
- Clean driving record.

- The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include Close vision and Distance vision.
- While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear.
- The employee is frequently required to stand, walk, sit and use hands to finger, handle, or feel.
- The employee is occasionally required to reach with hands and arms; climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl, especially when conducting job site walks.
- Must possess and maintain a valid Class "C" driver's license and have the ability to drive a vehicle.

Wages:
This position is for signatory employees and wages will be in alignment with the current Collective Bargaining Agreements.
