Responsibilities:- Greet customers and initiate service requests
- Listen to customer concerns and accurately document them
- Provide detailed information and explanations about recommended services or repairs
- Prepare accurate cost estimates for service and repair work
- Coordinate service appointments and ensure timely completion of work
- Communicate updates and status to customers throughout the service process
- Resolve any customer issues or complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain knowledge of all vehicle models and technical specifications
- Collaborate with technicians and ensure efficient workflow
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
- Minimum of 3 years service writing experience
- Prior experience as a service advisor or in a similar customer service role
- Strong knowledge of automotive systems and repairs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service and build relationships
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficient in computer systems and software
- Valid driver's license
We offer a competitive payplan ranging from $50,000 to $100,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and ongoing training and development opportunities.
