About the Company and Accounts Payable Opportunity:
- CFS is working with a wonderful organization to identify an Accounts Payable Specialist

- Process invoices: data entry into accounting system, perform a 3-way match
- Assist with preparing weekly check runs
- Code invoices in the General Ledger
- Communicate with vendors regarding account inquiries
- Assist with additional accounting projects as needed
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in accounting
- Minimum 3 years of accounts payable experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and a major ERP system
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
The Accounts Payable role is 100% onsite in Dowagiac, MI.
The annual salary is between $41,000 and $43,680 depending on experience.
