Fit Core Physical Therapy is a concierge-style physical therapy clinic located in the Smyrna/Vinings area. We value providing optimal, evidence-based, quality of care, exclusively one-on-one, while simultaneously building and maintaining strong rapports with our patients. The ideal candidate is a skilled professional, passionate about delivering quality care and making a real difference.At Fit Core Physical Therapy, you will maximize quality of life and movement potential within the spheres of promotion, prevention, diagnosis, treatment or intervention, and rehabilitation. We are currently hiring for either full-time or part-time positions. Responsibilities Assess each patient and develop an appropriate evidence-based treatment plan with measurable goals and time frames Identify and meet patients’ goals and needs Prepare clinical documentation and progress notes, based on identified and attained goals Offer cost-effective treatments that help improve clients’ mobility, functionality, and overall quality of life Reduce the need for medications and provide alternatives to surgery Create fitness and wellness-oriented programs tailored to patients’ specific needs Provide quality, personalized and evidence-based care and proven interventions Motivate patients during treatment in order to help them function optimally Promote clients’ healthy lifestyle by improving strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination Consult and collaborate with other health professionals Qualifications Doctorate degree, or higher, of an accredited physical therapy curriculum Board Certification in Physical Therapy and a valid GA state license to practice Experience in orthopedic setting(s) as a physical therapist for at least 1 year Certification in Trigger Point Dry Needling Excellent manual therapy skills Excellent interpersonal communication skills Ability to manage patients with different types of personalities/backgrounds/expectations Current knowledge of treatment practices Drive to continually learn and grow Professional behavior #J-18808-Ljbffr
