This leadership role’s primary responsibilities are growing, developing and managing an outpatient physical therapy clinic. The goal is to provide exceptional physical therapy with measurable outcomes and to regularly exceed industry standards.Strategic Planning:This is a partnership. The Clinic Director is key in clinic setup. If opening a new clinic, provide input on clinic location and clinic layout.Take control of Quality of Care in the clinic with a patient-centered approach, ensuring care aligns with each patient’s goals.The Clinic Director has the normal responsibilities of a Physical Therapist with the addition of hiring and managing the right staff.Marketing:Support Marketing Reps and fellow clinics’ marketing initiatives.Maintain relationships with key physicians and referral sources to promote Team’s commitment to care and increase patient referrals.Attend lunches and functions set up by Marketing.Ensure the clinic is a positive influence in the community.Financial and Operational Management:Keep the clinic full of patients by overseeing scheduling and treatments that enhance the patient’s experience.Manage productivity with clear, measurable expectations.Manage the clinic budget to support financial health.Monitor clinic expenses (patient travel, office supplies, medical supplies).Ensure clinic compliance with state and federal healthcare regulations; stay informed on changing laws and policies.Collaborate with Revenue Cycle Management for accurate billing and reimbursement.Monitor KPIs to maximize clinic performance and profitability.Provide input on policies, procedures and strategy to maintain high-quality care across Team Rehabilitation clinics.Handle patient feedback and complaints promptly and professionally.Leadership and Staff Management:Lead, mentor, and develop clinic staff in a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.Manage employee schedules, performance reviews, and training.Promote staff engagement and retention through effective communication and support.Foster a collaborative work environment; respect and empower a diverse workforce.Enforce policies to maintain a safe and positive working environment.Qualifications:Doctorate or Masters in Physical TherapyDesire to own/run a clinic5+ years of proven experience with a track record of exceptional patient careCommitted to ongoing education and growth as a Physical TherapistMust be committed to Team’s DEI initiative and fostering belonging within a diverse workforceSeniorities, Employment Type & Job FunctionSeniority level: DirectorEmployment type: Full-timeJob function: Health Care ProviderIndustries: Hospitals and Health CareLocation: Atlanta, GA #J-18808-Ljbffr
