Position: Payroll Administrator

Our amazing HR/Payroll Team is currently looking for a highly organized Payroll Administrator to provide accurate processing and recording of any administrative responsibilities of the Payroll department.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Process bi-weekly and weekly payrolls accurately and in a timely manner
•Assists with Payroll related tasks to ensure deadlines and compliance are met
•Ensure compliance with all payroll regulations and deadlines
•Assist with payroll reconciliations and audits
•Fulfills administrative functions for the HR department including filing and clerical duties
•Completes special projects by setting timelines & schedules, conducting research, and developing & organizing information
•Enters new employees into the ADP database
•Assists in the processing of employment verifications
•Assists in performing daily Payroll related operations
•Maintain payroll records and documentation
•Provides excellent customer service to internal & external sources
•Performs other related duties as required and assigned

QUALITIES AND SKILLS:
•Ability to take on multiple tasks at once while maintaining strong performance, consistency, and integrity
•Ability to work independently and within a team environment
•Excellent organizational and time management skills
•Customer Service is a PLUS
•Strong problem-solving skills
•Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
•Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Excel
• Strong attention to detail and highly organized

REQUIREMENTS:
•At least one year of experience in payroll administration
•Maintain confidentiality and integrity of employee/company information
•Strong problem solving, interpersonal, and analytical skills
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills
•Proficient in MS Outlook, Work, and Excel
•Knowledge of bi-weekly and weekly payroll processing
•Understanding of payroll laws and regulations
•Previous Payroll experience a PLUS
•Previous experience with ADP databases a PLUS
•Previous retail experience a PLUS
