Job Summary We are looking for an Insights & Data Analyst to join our team and support data-driven decision-making across social media, creative campaigns, and media performance. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and passionate about understanding consumer behavior, content performance, and marketing effectiveness. This role will work closely with strategy, media, and creative teams to provide insights that drive client success, optimize campaigns, and shape innovative storytelling. Responsibilities Data Analysis & Reporting Collect, clean, and analyze social, digital, and media performance data from platforms like Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Google Analytics, and third-party tools. Build and maintain dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights to internal teams and clients. Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and campaign success metrics, identifying trends and optimization opportunities. Social & Media Insights Analyze audience engagement, content trends, and competitive benchmarks to inform content and media strategies. Monitor platform algorithm changes and emerging digital trends to provide proactive recommendations. Assist in A/B testing and creative performance analysis for paid and organic campaigns. Strategy & Optimization Provide insights on consumer behavior, cultural landscape, and social trends to inform strategy development. Work with strategy leads and media teams to measure the impact of paid and organic initiatives. Support in pre- and post-campaign analysis to identify opportunities for improvement. Collaboration & Communication Present data-driven insights in a clear and compelling way to both internal teams and clients. Work closely with strategy and creative teams to align storytelling with data-backed insights. Support ad hoc research and data requests to inform campaign planning and execution. Develop an acumen for strategic development for growth within the company Qualifications & Skills 1-2 years of experience in a marketing, media, or analytics role (internships count). Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, data visualization tools (e.g., Looker Studio, Tableau), and social media analytics platforms. Familiarity with Sprinklr, Sprout, social listening tools, GWI, Helixa, Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, TikTok Analytics, and/or other performance tracking and insights tools. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Ability to synthesize data into meaningful insights and actionable recommendations. Excellent communication skillsan explain complex data to non-technical stakeholders. Passion for social media, digital marketing, and creative storytelling. Bonus: Experience with SQL, Python, or data automation tools is a plus Salary for this position can start around $68,000 annually with potential for higher compensation based on experience and demonstrated expertise.
