As a **Director, Global Compensation Programs, Processes & Compliance,** you will be trusted to lead the operational and process excellence side of the global compensation function. Key responsibilities will include designing, maintaining, and optimizing compensation processes and systems to ensure efficient, compliant, and scalable delivery of compensation programs across the enterprise.In this role, a typical day will include:* **Leadership & Team Management:** Lead and develop a high-performing compensation operations team, driving strategic execution and cross-functional collaboration with HR, Finance, and IT.* **Compensation Program Oversight: o**wn global delivery of annual pay planning cycles (merit, bonus, equity) and ensure alignment with business goals, compliance, and market trends. Oversee salary structures, pay equity, recognition programs, and support data analytics for strategic compensation initiatives.* **Operational Excellence & Process Optimization:** drive process improvements and maintain SOPs to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and scalability of compensation operations. Monitor KPIs to ensure operational effectiveness and continuous improvement.* **Technology & Systems Leadership:** serve as business owner for compensation systems (e.g., Workday, ServiceNow), leading configurations, upgrades, and tool implementations.
