The Quality Assurance Specialist Level II will ensure quality standards and provide comprehensive support for NIBIN Program operations through various career progression levels. As an Alaska Native Corporation subsidiary, we combine quality assurance expertise with our cultural values to deliver superior support services.This position requires dedication to quality, strong communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with various stakeholders while maintaining high standards for the NIBIN Program.Essential Functions, Responsibilities & Duties may include, but are not limited to:Core Duties:Perform quality assurance reviewsSupport data entry operationsMonitor correlation processesTrack and verify leadsGenerate program reportsCoordinate with partner sitesMaintain quality standardsQuality Assurance Functions:Implement QA proceduresReview process complianceDocument quality findingsSupport process improvementsMaintain QA documentationCoordinate with stakeholdersCareer Progression Levels:QAS II(a) - Entry Level:Learn QA proceduresSupport basic quality reviewsDevelop program knowledgeQAS II(b):One year QA/NIBIN experienceIndependent quality reviewsPartner site coordinationQAS II(c):More than one year QA experienceAdvanced quality oversightProgram leadership capabilitiesRequirements:Strong quality assurance focusExcellence in customer relationsAdvanced communication skillsData analysis abilitiesTeam collaboration expertiseAdministrative capabilitiesProblem-solving skillsLeadership potentialMust be able to obtain and maintain a US Govt.
