The Production Assistant will be integral to our production teams, actively participating in all stages of production, from setup through cleanup and packaging. This role requires flexibility and the ability to assist in various locations throughout the facility as needed. The key responsibilities are outlined below but not limited to:


Responsibilities:

  • Support the production department with setup tasks for production activities.
  • Perform cleaning duties, including wiping down surfaces, sweeping, mopping, and washing dishes.
  • Assist in machine setup and preparation.
  • Accurately weigh ingredients as required.
  • Collect and organize necessary supplies and tools.
  • Contribute to the manufacturing process by providing general assistance.
  • Execute post-production cleanup tasks, including the breakdown and cleaning of machinery.
  • Ensure the workspace is maintained in a clean and sterile condition.
  • Provide support to the packaging department as needed.


Qualifications


  • At least 21 years old
  • Current MED Badge
  • Can pass background check
  • Kitchen/Manufacturing experience a plus
  • Eagerness to learn, adapt, and take on increasing responsibilities.
  • Must be able to push, pull, and lift supplies and equipment weighing up to 50 pounds by self. 
  • Must be able to stand for a 10 hour shift.
  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position for long periods of time.
