Lead Carpenter - Custom Home Builder - Responsibilities:

  • In the field, not someone who wants to be behind a desk
  • Very task oriented
  • High skill carpenter, capable of layout, working independently, assisting other trades
  • Very polished and able to effecitively communitcate with others
  • Capable of physical labor

Profile

Lead Carpenter - Custom Home Builder - Successful Candidate:

  • someone with 4-10 years of experience
  • Coming from a Residential Background
  • Experience on new construction or renovation projects
  • Familiar with Procore or Bluebeam
  • Commutable to NH, Boston, and Metrowest
