Medical Data Entry Clerk

*This role is not completely onsite there is flexibility.*

*We are looking for First shift. Below are the work hours and Tuesday to Saturday.*
* *First shift – 9 AM to 5:30 PM EST (including one late day of 10:30am – 7:00pm)*
* Training will be M-F with a senior member and total 3-4 months. After that, they will work the Tues-Sat schedule remotely.
* Once they have learned the problem sample training, they will start coming back into the office on a hybrid basis.

*Job Responsibilities:*
* Interacting via email and phones with sites in studies.
* Working with participants samples from sites that have problems and need resolution from the site.
* Completing the paperwork to send out samples that are received in error.
* Communicating with project managers, logistics department and supplies department.
* Working on database daily on resolving exceptions that trigger from samples needing further data.
* Utilizing Microsoft Excel when working our exceptions.
