Key skills and experience include, for example:General case team support.Strong research skills.Drafting pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery documents.Handling discovery tasks, including e-discovery.Case and project management.Deposition and trial preparation projects.The ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.The ideal candidate should be highly motivated with outstanding interpersonal, writing, and communication skills. This compensation and benefits information is based on the Orrick's estimate as of the date of publication and may be modified in the future. The level of pay within the range will depend on a variety of job-related factors that may include, but not limited to, qualifications, relevant experience or education, particular skills or expertise, geography.
