OverviewPreg O’Donnell & Gillett, a regional, full-service litigation and business firm, is seeking a litigation associate for their Seattle office. We are seeking attorneys with three or more years of experience who are capable of handling matters independently and interact directly with clients on a variety of defense litigation cases including:Business LitigationConstruction LawData Breach & Security ResponseHospitality & Food-Borne Illness LitigationMotor Vehicle AccidentsProduct LiabilityProfessional LiabilityTransportation & Trucking LawSalary $120K-140K annually DOE.ResponsibilitiesHandle matters independently and interact directly with clients on defense litigation cases in the listed practice areas.Draft, write, and conduct legal research to support case strategy and filings.Contribute to case management, deposition preparation, motions practice, and trial preparation as applicable.QualificationsThree or more years of experience; solid drafting, writing, and researching skills; excellent client relationship and interpersonal skills.Candidates with law firm and case management experience, including deposition, motions practice, and trial experience, strongly preferred.Washington State Bar membership is required.School law or public entity defense experience is desired but not required.Salary $120K-140K annually DOE.BenefitsMedical, dental and vision insuranceFlexible schedule with remote work accessLife, AD&D and long-term disability insuranceTransportation subsidyEmployee assistance programEmployee referral bonusFSA / HSAParental leaveProfit sharing contributions401(k) Deferred Savings Plan #J-18808-Ljbffr
