Today, we stand at a pivotal inflection point: to expand our reach, amplify our impact, and shape the future of patient care through heart coherence.About the RoleHeartMath is seeking a visionary, heart-centered leader to guide our Health Professional Division into its next chapter of growth and impact, as General Manager, Health Professional Division. Today, this division encompasses single and small group practices, the Veterans Administration, and supporting platforms, with the opportunity to expand into additional channels over time.As General Manager, you will be responsible for end-to-end strategy, growth, and execution for this division, with full ownership of the P&L. You will direct the strategy and budgets for product development, marketing, and communications related to health professionals, while those functional teams execute against the division’s needs. You will also lead sales, account management and activation efforts across our database of 95,000+ health professionals, ensuring that every practitioner is not only trained in HeartMath but also inspired and empowered to integrate our tools into practice. You will be bringing the benefits of heart coherence to patients everywhere through the Inner Balance Coherence Plus sensor and the HeartMath app.The General Manager reports directly to HeartMath’s senior executive leadership and collaborates across divisions to align strategy, operations, and growth initiatives. The salary range for this position is $200-225,000 per year with potential for bonus based upon performance.Our main business office is in Boulder Creek, CA, and the position is remote with possible office attendance, dependent upon location.
